By using Love Them Longer (lovethemlonger.com), you agree to these terms. Love Them Longer is operated by Love Them Longer LLC, a sole proprietorship based in Georgetown, Kentucky, USA. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the platform.

What Love Them Longer Is (and Isn't)

Love Them Longer is an information and organizational tool for pet owners. We provide veterinary cost ranges, breed health data, insurance plan comparisons, nutrition planning tools, and a place to store your pet's health records.

Love Them Longer is NOT a veterinary practice, a licensed nutritionist, an insurance broker, or a medical device. Cost estimates, breed health data, nutrition plans, and insurance comparisons are all for informational purposes only. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions about your pet.

Accounts

  • •You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • •You're responsible for keeping your password secure. We hash passwords and never store them in plain text, but your account security starts with you.
  • •Accounts are for individual use — one person per account.
  • •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • •You can delete your account at any time from your Settings page. When you delete your account, we permanently delete all of your data.

Free and Paid Plans

Love Them Longer offers two tiers:

Access to cost estimator, breed health tools, and limited pet records (up to 3 document uploads).

P

Pro tier — $9/month

Unlimited document uploads, full nutrition planning, and all premium features. Cancel anytime.

  • •We use Stripe to process payments. We never see or store your credit card details.
  • •We don't offer refunds for partial months, but if you cancel, you keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • •We may change pricing in the future. If we do, we'll give you at least 30 days notice before any change takes effect.

Your Data

  • •You own your pet health data. Your vet records, health logs, and uploaded documents belong to you.
  • •We store your data to provide the service and display it back to you. That's it.
  • •We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • •We do not train any software on your personal data. Love Them Longer is built on published veterinary research, not generated content.
  • •You can export or delete your data at any time.

Affiliate Links and Commissions

  • •Nutrition calculations follow NRC 2006 guidelines, but actual nutrient content varies by product, cut, source, and preparation method.

We make reasonable efforts to keep all data accurate but cannot guarantee it. For important decisions about your pet's health, always consult a professional.

Prohibited Uses

Please don't use Love Them Longer to:

  • •Make veterinary diagnosis or treatment decisions without consulting a licensed veterinarian.
  • •Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data, content, or curated databases.
  • •Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the service.
  • •Upload illegal, harmful, or deliberately misleading content.

Intellectual Property

  • •Love Them Longer's code, design, brand, and curated data are owned by Love Them Longer LLC.
  • •Your uploaded documents, pet data, and health records belong to you.
  • •If you contribute any user-generated content, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

Limitation of Liability

Love Them Longer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We work hard to make it useful and accurate, but we can't guarantee everything will be perfect.

We are not liable for veterinary outcomes, insurance decisions, dietary results, or financial losses based on information from this platform. Our information is meant to supplement — never replace — professional veterinary advice.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 3 months. If you're on the free tier, that's $0.

We are not responsible for third-party services including Stripe (payments), insurance carriers, or product brands linked from our platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify registered users by email. If you continue using Love Them Longer after changes take effect, you're agreeing to the updated terms. Check this page occasionally for updates.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Love Them Longer will be resolved in the courts of Scott County, Kentucky.
